Felipe Garcia M.A. LMFT is a creative, innovative and dynamic trainer. He has been a practicing marriage and family therapist, a psychotherapist, educator, organizational consultant and trainer for over thirty years. He has worked with educators, psychotherapists, managers and executives throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America, England, and Japan while maintaining an ongoing psychotherapy practice in San Antonio, Texas.

Felipe’s focus and emphasis throughout his career has been on developing strategies and techniques for facilitating groups and individuals in the practice, development, and application of cooperative and collaboration systems and processes.     

Mr. Garcia is a training supervisor of the International Transactional Analysis Association and a consultant with VISIONS, Inc. which specializes in multicultural training. He is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a licensed professional counselor in Texas. He was the founding general coordinator of the United States of America Transactional Analysis Association. He is the conference chairperson of the International Transactional Analysis Conference being held in San Francisco August 8-12, 2007.

Mr. Garcia has owned and managed La Escondida Retreat Center in San Antonio, Texas for 28 years.
